What we do

The unglamorous work behind a five-star stay

Short-stay renting looks easy from the booking page. In practice it's pricing, messaging, cleaning, plumbing and paperwork, every week. That's the part we take off your hands.

01

Getting the home ready

We start with a walk-through: what stays, what goes, what the photographs need. Then staging, a shoot, and a listing written for the guest who'd actually love this place.

  • Walk-through and a honest to-do list
  • Styling and small upgrades where they pay back
  • Professional photography
  • Listings published on Airbnb and Booking.com

02

Pricing and the calendar

Rates are reviewed daily against demand, local events, school and holiday calendars and what the street is charging. Minimum stays and gaps are managed so the calendar reads well to the platforms too.

  • Daily rate reviews, not a fixed seasonal sheet
  • Event and holiday awareness
  • Minimum-stay and gap management
  • No empty nights to fill for pride alone

03

Hosting the guest

Every message, from the first 'is this available?' to the checkout reminder, is answered by our team. Arrivals are self check-in with codes, and problems get a person, fast.

  • Same-day replies, at any hour
  • Self check-in with unique codes
  • House rules set with the owner
  • Reviews answered and learned from

04

Cleaning and upkeep

Turnovers follow a written checklist with fresh linens and restocked supplies, and the home gets a proper inspection rather than a glance before the next guest arrives.

  • Checklist turnovers between every stay
  • Fresh linens, towels and guest supplies
  • Routine inspections and consumable tracking
  • Trusted trades for the repairs

05

Reporting to the owner

Monthly numbers in plain language: what was earned, what was occupied, what it cost, and the one or two things worth doing next. No dashboard you have to learn.

  • Earnings, occupancy and expenses
  • Guest feedback summary
  • Pricing notes for the month ahead
  • A real person to call about it

Working together

What we ask of an owner

A home we can genuinely stand behind, the keys or lockbox access, and a monthly number we agree up front. Everything else — the mess, the midnight messages, the shopping — is ours.

  • —A home in Jersey City or nearby, in good order
  • —Access for turnovers and inspections
  • —A shared agreement on rates and house rules
  • —One monthly report, read and answered
